Shyness...

It was the 1st day of college where every students are required to dress formally. The girl is extremely nervous as she's starting college without knowing anyone and none of her friends are going into the same college.

When it's time for class to start, the students were to queue up and register their name as a prove they attended the 1st day of briefing. While queuing, the girl felt self conscious. She felt that everyone is looking at her oddly. Am i dress too maturedly? Is there something wrong with my clothes? Those are the thoughts that the girl kept pondering.

She wore a skirt up to knee length with a brown blouse and a bun for her hair. She wore a pump with only 2 inch heels. Still everyone is looking at her oddly. Truth to say, except the guys, the girls all dress quite casually. The girl ignore their stare and felt that there's nothing wrong with the way she dress and she's just following the college rules.

Then she heard 2 guys standing 5 feet in front of her whispering to each other, "Wah this girl dress till so kua cheong. Need or not oh? It's only briefing."

The girl felt so e,barassed that she didn't say anything and just stare at that 2 guys. She even dare to show a disgusted face towards the guys. For the rest of the briefing, she sat all alone without knowing any frens as she's shy to approach any to be-friend her.

During the 1st few months of college, she didnt really get to know much frens as mostly all the students there came with a bunch of frens and they have their own gang. She'll take her lunch with bread only and eat aline at a waiting room provided in the college or she'll just skip lunch and go to the lab to surf net.

One day, the lecturer required the students to form their own group to do an assignment. The girl is scared and nervous as she dun have any group and she's shy to ask. Coincidently, the lecturer have an "ice-breaking" session where the students are required to stand at the front of the class and introduce themselves.

That's when the girl decided its time for her to put aside her shyness and face her college life be it with fun or with loneliness, it's time for her to make a choice...

Not attractive...

There's a girl who were born a cry-baby. Since young she like to cry when she's awake, when she's eating and even when she wants to sleep. At first the parents thought there's a problem with this girl and tried a lot of method to make her stop crying so much.

Her sister don't quite like her cuz she likes to cry. The brother will ignore her when she's crying. The cousins and relatives don't like her cuz she cry for a small tiny matter. When she grew older, she didn't cry that much. Only cry when she's been teased and bullied.

At the age of three, she didn't like to talk. Will only nod or make some hand gestures whenever the parents talked to her. It made the parents worried as kids at the age of three will talk and talk and talk non-stop, but not her. She's so quiet except when crying. The parents got worried that their daughter got problem with speaking so they planned to bring her to Singapore for an operation, "cut-tongue" in cantonese.

The girl know of their parents plan and she know she got no problem with speaking. Just that she don't want to talk. She even sat there thinking, "Mommy, daddy, I got no problem with speaking, but I just don't want to talk. Don't force me OK?", but of course the girl didnt say it out loud. One day at night, the parents discuss in front of the girl and say they'll bring the girl for operation the next day. The girl heard and kept thinking to herself she got no problem speaking.

The next morning, the girl woke up and saw the mom walk out from the bathroom, the girl call out "Maaa...". The mom is overjoyed and the girl can see from the mom's expression that her mom is totally relieved! The mom then walked over to the girl and ask if she need anything, but the girl just shake her head.

Ever since, the girl is still a cry-baby but she do talk a lot and is also a very straightforward kind of girl. She's so honest that she didn't know how to lie. She also is the type of girl who kept almost everything inside, but will speak up when needed.

At Form 3, the girl got rebellious. She start to learn how to cut classes, she start how to hate the teachers and even start a little on gangsterism. Maybe because she's been guarded by a very strict parents, she like to go against them whenever she could. She even start to being friends with guys when all this while she's been studying in an all-girls school. Most of the guy she knew, some of them is interested in her, some of them will become close friends.

At Form 5, she already knew the existence of ICQ and she chat almost everyday with her online friends. She even met a few of them face to face and some of them, she is happy that she met them. Then one day, she met a bunch of guys friends which was introduced by her cousin brother. Those bunch of guys is so curious about her looks that they kept coaxing her and the cousin brother to come out to see how she look like. After much coaxing, the girls agreed to come out and meet up with them, without the cousin brother tagging along as the cousin brother is not interested in all this.

After the meet up the next day, the girl went over to the cousin brother's house to hang around. Then the cousin brother was teaching her something regarding computer while the cousin brother is chatting. Suddenly, the bunch of guys friends that the girl met yesterday, came online and chat with the cousin brother. The first message that they send to her cousin brother is, "Hey, your cousin not pretty lah. Not attractive also... cannot lah..."

The girl saw this message and was shocked and even couldn't believe her own eyes for reading that message. She thought of them as friends, thought that they're easy-going and is friendly. She really couldn't believe when they said that about her. She's so hurt that she just sat there, stunned. The cousin brother saw her facial expression changed and quickly reply his friend saying the girl is just sitting next to him and read everything he wrote.

Without waiting for the guy's reply, the girl walkaway. That night, the girl cried. She couldn't believe that those guys said that about her. She never judge them of their looks but instead, they judged hers. The girl is so hurt that she cried till her eyes is so swollen that she almost couldn't open her eyes the next day.

From that day onwards, the girl concentrate all her time on studies and ignore the bunch of guys friends when they came online to ICQ. Although they said they're sorry to say those hurtful things about her but the deeds is done. She then ignore them and even told them not to judge anything about her sister or brother after they met them.

When it's almost time for SPM, she study so hard that when she just woke up, she'll read. She'll read books while taking her lunch, will take a very quick bath so she could save her time for study. She didnt watch TV for the whole month that it made her sister worried so much. The sister even tell her just go out for at least an hour just to watch TV but the girl ignore her. All the girl wanted to do is scored as much A's as possible for her SPM. She wanted to make her parents and her families proud of her for able to study with good results. She wanted to prove to those guys who hurt her that, even though she's not pretty and not attractive, at least she got the brain to study, to think and do things she wanted to do in the future.

In the end, she got what she hoped for. She aimed for 4 A's for her SPM but she got 5 instead. The family is so proud of her that they're overjoyed. All the no TV for a month, no entertainment at all for a month paid off. Even the bunch of guys got to know her results is proud of her and didn't dare to say anything at all...

But this is just the beginning of the girl's life....

Hong Kong Trip -----> Day 5

OK day 5 is where me, my mom and dad went to Macau for a day trip to look see look see... lazy to type so much, so enjoy the pics loh...

Mom and dad in the ferry to cross to Macau from Kowloon... behind my dad got 1 guy rite... I'll be sitting beside him.. and he seems QUITE leng chai... :-p

This is the popular Macau St. Paul's church.... actually the building collapsed but surprisingly only this front wall did not collapsed... so thats why its popular... i guess....

This is supposed to be the inside of the church... where this is supposed to be a "stage" for the priest (i dunno wat its called) for preaching... if not mistaken.. so once it collapsed, the remains left like this... I heard that there's victims died at this spot... but of course they already removed the victims..
Then there's nothing much to see... so we cabut loh... OH!! At the side of this church got sell a lot of Almond biscuits... it's very popular!! and we bought a lot as a "souvenir"!!
This is Senado's Square where you can shop, and it's very very near the church... and see me and my mom holding the plastic bags?? We bought the Egg Rolls and Almond Biscuits!!
Next stop we went to Kuan Yin Statue... something to do with Macau feng shui.. and we carried that heavy bag along... >.< Then this is the view around the Kuan Yin statue... the bridge that connects Macau city and the ferry station...

Then when i reach the below floor... i stand at the same spot when I'm at the floor above to take pic... whoever wear skirts and stand here we'll have a veli "nice" view... :-p
This is the glass small Kuan Yin statue where they get the inspiration from... meaning they look at this glass Kuan Yin, they go and "enlarge" it... :-D

Then we walk from the Kuan Yin Statue to Golden Buhimia Square (Yes HK also got 1 and it seems Macau also want 1). Imagine I have to walk from KLCC to Low Yatt.. it's SUPER FAR!!! It took us 40 minutes (well the minus 10min where we sit at a taman) to get to that square... Then while sitting at the taman, I saw that their World Trade Center is very nice.. especially the word "WTC"... all in glass!!
After the square, we head to F1 museum!! Like the museum being called, it's showing all the past F1 cars and the history drivers and etc...

And urmmm... I dunno why but they do have bikes too....
And then urmmm... also with some classic old cars.. *I thought it's F1 museum* *frown*
Then opposite the F1 museum is the Wine Museum!!

At the end of the visit, we got to get a free wine tasting!! YAYYY!!! Me mum trying on the sweet taste of red wine... *psstttt* she didnt drink wine 1 hoh, but when she drank this, she said it's nice and she finished the whole thing!!
*blush* pai seh lar... I was tasting the sour taste and sweet taste of red wine.. both also tastes very very nice!! but i forgot to ask the hunky guy wats the name of da wine... T_T stupid me!!

Then after that, we went off back to Kowloon where we stay at hotel till 8pm before we continue our "hunts"!! Well we went to Goldfish Street and Ladies Street where I bought 2 cute doggies (for handphone decoration) for Huei and Jace... of coz the white goes to Huei and the pink goes to Jace... need I say why??? hehehehehehe...

Then urmmm.... hehehehehe... can't resist when I saw this 2 pairs of peep toes shoes!! Girls will always be girls mar... hehehehehehe...

Hong Kong Trip -----> Day 4

Sorry for not updating my blog that often with my ALMOST a month ago HK trip... so here comes day 4.... which is mostly shopping and eating.. no more sight-seeing!! hahahahahaha... since it's consider the last day for my sis and Alex in HK (yeap.. they're flying back to KL earlier than me and my parents cuz they got not enuff leave.. muakakakakakakaa...), so they wanted to do some last-minute shopping...
So we woke up early morning to have breakfast at some cafe and once again my mum took the popular "polo bun" while the rest of us tried different food. Then we take the train and off we go to Tung Chung Citygate where this is the place for PURELY shopping!!!
Since the journey needs around 30minutes, so I got nothing better to do and start snapping the scenery while we're in da train... At 1st i saw this view si beh nice... but too bad the pole wanted a pic taken, so..... aiiii....
Then I saw da sea and mountain and some buildings looks very nice and peaceful... i go snap it too... but again... after the pole pic got snapped, this "line" wanted pic taken too... aiiii....
And so the stories goes and goes... after the pole and the "lines" and then.... sien....
Then after tired of snapping the scenery, I'm still bored... then I saw Alex has slept!! Well can't blame him, he's tired mar... so I curi-curi go take his pic.. planning of doing some "While you are sleeping..." (well for TESS-ian sure veli familiar with that quote... kekekekkee...). But too bad, he can "sense" I'm taking his pic, so he woke up on time and make this face trying to say "muehehehe, u cant get my sleeping pic 1.." and my sis must be saying "muakakaaka... too bad... u missed!!!". Aiii.... really "sat bai"...

So after we shopped non-stop, I met up with a fren from HK where she brought us to eat STEAMBOAT!!!!! it's our favourite and i'll let u see how delicious it is....
So da food is in da process of being "cooked"... yum yummy!!!!
Then my fren (Angela her name is...) ordered this restaurant popular dish which is "Char siew & Siew Yuk"... You see, their charsiew is not black black color 1... its veli nice and looks clean 1.... and it's super nice!!!!!
Then here's the source for your steamboat... u just add HKD8 and u can choose as much sauce as u like... they have XO sauce, sweet sour... then dunno wat liao... hahahahahaha... i take the XO sauce and it's super yummy!!
There!! Beside me is Angela.... We didnt managed to get her bf to take pic together with us cuz..... it's not allowed due to some promise she made for a fren... aiiiii..... too bad....

Then after dinner, we went Tsim Sha Tsui to walk around the shops and I bought earring for my boyboy.... aiyah my camera veli pariah... so cant see clearky... so... on the left is just some square shape while the other pair is the hand skeleton... heheheehe...
Then earlier during our shopping, I bought 2 tshirt and a shoe for my boyboy... nice bor?? He loves the shoe when he saw it after I went back to KL... while the tshirt he said not bad... I love the white ones cuz that guy is a bit botak and is holding a knife behind his back... looks.... errmm... dunno how to say... :p

And ermm... hhehehehhehehe... more from Esprit.... but it's really nice mar!!!! so really cant resist wor.... then the bad news is... my boyboy banned me from wearing that pink skirt.... cuz he said veli short..... but it's actually got 2 more inch below my butt leh... so it's still not that short rite??? rite?????? aiiii... so now am looking to buy those "ah po" skin-tight errrr... trousers in order to wear that skirt... ah bor i cant wear it... T_T
