Sis's Wedding Day

Yeah yeah... it happens more than 6months ago and NOW only I'm posting it... NYAHAHAHAHAHA!! Imagine how lazy I am... paiseh hor ~~~

So early morning I woke up at 5am to wash my face and accompany my sis to the bridal studio for her makeup. Yeah I'm such a GOOD SIS and GOOD BRIDESMAID that I've accompany her!!! MUAHAHAAHHH ~~~

Anyway, when she was being dap few pounds of makeup powder, i was there beside her, looking at how the makeup artists work her magic. As you know, being the sidekick waiting for the main actress is very very boring... So it got my minds wonders off...

It got me thinking... Wow!! Today is the day my sis getting married!!! She'll be marrying!!!! Married AND....

1. No longer be having dinner with us every night now...
2. No longer be at home every night to watch a while TV with us after dinner...
3. No longer be at home every night to go crazy and chit chat with us...
4. No longer be able to accompany us ANYTIME we want...
5. No longer be there all the time for us since she got another family to take care of now...
6. And we no longer be her 1st priority in her heart now...

OK!! OK!!! The last ones might not be so true but I'm sure her 1st priority is still her husband loh!!! CORRECT ANOT?!?!?!

Anyway, the more I thought of it, the more I got emotional and I teared a bit when she's just next to me!!! Knowing she'll definitely teared if she saw me like this, I pretend to walk off to look around the bridal studio... I didn't wanna ruin her makeup with tears rite?? SEE!! I'm so considerate!!! LOL!!!!!!

Anyway... after her makeup, we went back home and all hell broke loose............ For me anyway... My mom kept calling me to do this, do that, prepare this, prepare that, take this, take that... OMG!! Thank GOD I didnt go crazy... And it happens the moment I got home with my sis!! I havent even got time to change into my bridesmaid gown!!!

So when the guests starts arriving....................

Sis's Pre-Wedding Day

On this day, everyone is quite nervous and busy preparing stuff for my sis's wedding day the next day.

My family all purposely took leave on Friday and Monday just so we could help out my sis for her wedding preparation. As I recall, me and my sis woke up at 9am just so we could have breakfast together before heading for our manicure appointment.

Dad was awake too and he's seen walking up and down the house, making sure everything is in order before preparing for the arrival of our guests from outstation. Mom was seen, as usual, cleaning the floor, a cloth on her hand wiping here and there as if there's dusts everywhere in da house when in actual fact, it was as clean as a white sheet. She will then complain her hand pain and etc but... Sigh...

Anyway, by 10am, me and my sis left the house heading to Sunway Pyramid for our breakfast at Toast, followed by our manicure at Nail Art. At 11am sharp, we reached the shop and both of us get ourself busy looking for designs for our nails.

As usual, my sis is the bride, so she gotta choose something that could match her wedding gown as well as her evening gown.

While my manicurists was busy with my nails, my sis was almost done and I suggested that she go ahead with pedicure. As she's the bride, she must of course pampered herself and must treat herself more beautifully before her singlehood ends. :D

Once we're done, we shop a bit before heading back to get ourself busy with that night's buffet. You may call it bachelorette party as it was mainly for my sis. Some sort of a celebration for her before she ends her singlehood life. hahahahaha...

That night I was the chauffeur, fetching my uncles and aunties that came from Singapore as well as from Kota Tinggi Johor, through and fro their hotels and our house. I'm OK with the chauffeur thingy as it's not everyday I have to do it. For my sis, it's OK lah...

When night came, food was served, everyone is busy eating, the kids was busy running around and trying to mess up my dad's RM4k++ leather recliner chair that we bought for him. As they're fooling around with the chair, I can't keep up with my temper, I stopped them from playing around that chair and asked them to FARK OFF!!! OK well... not the exact words but it's really really close to that... hahahahaha...

I don't have pictures of that night (which is too bad) as I was busy serving the guests, making sure everyone is eating the food, making sure all their demands are met. * ahem * All in all, the night was OK, everyone went back with their stomachs full and happy with some beer on their blood.

Though some came very very late, but still they managed to get some food to eat. Before the night ends, I have a bit of chat with my sis, making sure all that needs to be done for the next day are prepared, making sure there's nothing that we left behind.

Ends up, we did forget to burn those love songs that she downloaded. Hahahahaha... :P

Next post would be how havoc a wedding can be... so stay tuned!!! :D

Proposal...

Actually, I'm in the midst of reading Eclipse from Stephanie Meyer and there's a chapter that prompted me to blog about it ASAP!!! hahahahaha...

Yeah yeah, currently I'm hooked on Stephanie Meyer's popular books like the Twilight's Sagas. It happens ever since I watched the movie Twilight... AND when I fell in love with Robert Pattinson... hahahahahah!!

Anyway, I was reading ALMOST towards the end of the book... Chapter 20 to be exact, where there's a part that reminds me of something.......

Few weeks back (or is it month?), my boyboy suddenly told me bout us getting married and etc. Some sort of a planning of what needs to be done and prepared for a wedding. Well, during the time he asked me about the wedding preparation, I was ironing his clothes while he's folding some other clothes. Bare in mind that the conversation happens when I'm about 10 feet away from him, all sweaty due to the ironing.

Boyboy: Dear.. my fren said if we were to get married, we must book the restaurant a year earlier?
Me: Yeah ah.. if not, you might not get those restaurant that you want according to your wedding date lo.
Boyboy: Hmmm... Then how ar?
Me: Hmmmmmmmm... What how?? You didnt propose, I don't accept ka!!! kakakakakaka!!!
Boyboy: So........... When you wanna marry me jek??
Me: -_________-''''''' OEI!!! This is not a proposal!!!!!! *besides, I'm all sweaty!!!*
Boyboy: HAHAHAHAHAH!!! Haiyah... so when jek?????
Me: -_____-''' NO!!! This is not a proper proposal!!! *HE wasn't even on a bended knee!! What's worst, he didnt EVEN LOOK at me!!!*
Boyboy: Is like that ge lar.... you don't love me ge lar....
Me: *On the verge of vomitting blood* CANNOT!!! I WAN PROPER PROPOSAL!!!!!!!
Boyboy: OKOK!!! So WHEN will you marry me?
Me: *I can taste blood full on my mouth* DUNNO!!! I STILL WAN PROPER PROPOSAL!!!!! This 1 tak kira!!!!!!!

And so... I didn't agree to marry him without having a proper proposal from him. nyek... nyek... nyek...

Yeah lar, some of you might say that sooner or later I also will marry him mar... BUT STILL!!!!!! Marriage is a once in a lifetime thing!!! I still want a proposal from him!!!! kakakakakakaka!!!

Anyway, back to the Stephanie Meyer's Eclipse book...

So on that chapter, Edward Cullen was kinda like proposing to Bella Swan in some sort of a funny way... But still it touched my heart.

Although it sounded more like Edward Cullen is forcing Bella Swan to marry him, but during his proposal, it's so touching!!! If you wanna know how he propose, go read the book!!!! muahahahahahahahahah!!!

How I wish EDWARD Cullen would propose to me that way... :D

I Fall In Love With A French......

Yep... I really did...

But before I start on that... Let me blog a bit about what I saw on 1U previously...

There was a small exhibition from Astro regarding Historical Channel and in that exhibition, there's a lot of historical pictures given from the peoples of what they've captured before some stuff happens during the World War or some oldies stuff and etc...

There's 1 picture that really caught my attention though...

The picture was of course been given by Kid Chan himself to tell the stories behind that particular picture...

After reading that descriptions, I found that Tun Dr. Mahathir really is good at giving encouragement to people no matter they're Malay or Chinese Or even Indian. If Tun Dr. Mahathir told me something similar as above, I believe by hook or by crook, I'll use his advises till I achieve what I want, just like Kid Chan...

Last Friday, me, Huei and Kalei went to Pavillion for dinner and movie. Before we head to Lam Kampachi for our dinner, Kalei said there's a CKTang member sales and he bring us both in.

As my sis is rushing to get a heels for her wedding and wedding pictures, I helped her look around to see if there's something nice... And I found 1... which is really really nice and damn matched for her wedding purposes...

And the price is sky high too... RM229 with 10% discount... which is still RM200++. Too bad...

OK back to topic!!!!!!!

Yes I really fall in love with a French... This is what happen...

On Sunday, me and my boyboy was TOO FREE that we got nothing better to do, so we went to The Curve for some windows shopping...

He went to Borders to read some gadgets magazines while I myself go walk around The Curve.

Halfway walking and browsing, I saw a shop that's really really attractive!!! I went in, asked how much for "such" services and felt that it's so reasonable, agreed to purchase the services..........

The moment I sat down, there, right in front of me, is the Frenchie... The Frenchie came over to do a massage on my hands... scrub my hands, wash it off with a smooth sponge and lastly applying a cucumber dunno what lotion onto my hands...

It smells so wonderful that I felt like I'm floating high high into the sky.........

Then after that, the Frenchie starts cleaning my nails, applying base coats and etc.......

In the end, I looked at my hands and I felt soooooooo in love with Frenchie... Frenchie did a great job on me.......

8 years... and counting....

It's been 8 years we've been together.....

I found that time flies and the 8 years just flew by without me knowing. A lot of people said it's been very long for a couple to "paktor" and it's time to "upped" the status to "married".

Seriously, yes that "up"-ing our status to "married" its been on our mind lately as my sis is getting married next year (which is real soon!!!!!). It's been on our mind ever since he went to the US... and even after he came back...

To be frank, I know the both of us are not ready to be married yet. I guess we're still enjoying our..... some sorta "single" life even though we're very attached to each other. Or maybe I'm not ready to NOT receiving any angpao's yet!! muahahahahaha!!!

Some people told me that 8 years is a very very long time for "paktor" and don't drag it. Well... we're not dragging or anything, we're just not so prepared to be married yet...

Even some people said that 8 years "paktor" is no longer considered as "paktor"... It's more like we're getting used to being with each other and it's not love anymore... in fact, its some sort like a habit... Seriously, I really really don't agree with that statement. For SOME PEOPLE, it might be considered as a "habit", but for me, it's still very much love in there... and it kept growing every single day...

Ever since he came back from the US, I found that we're even more attached to each other... It's been roughly 3 or 4 months since he came back and almost every single day of that 3 to 4 months we're together day (well not day as I'll be working...) and night...

Until recently, I found that I'll feel "empty" when he's back to his own house instead of being at mine. Even for a day, I found that I miss him.......... a lot!!! When I think back, I wasn't like that last time... I'll treat it as normal even though we didnt see each other for 3 days straight... but this time, even for a day he's not with me, I found that I miss him a lot!!

I'm not sure if I've changed to become a "sticky" kinda gf but... seriously... I do miss him. Imagine, ever since he came back, every morning, I'll kiss his cheek and said "I'm off to work lo"... or he'll fetch me to work, and then I'll kiss his cheek before I got off the car... Then at night, before we goes to sleep, I'll kiss him on the cheek and whisper "Night night ah bee.."

Sighh... It's sweet isn't it? Even though he didnt kissed me back, I don't mind at all... OK sometimes I DO mind but... some stuff are give and take... Kiss wasn't returned is OK.. but love isn't returned, it's a big problem!! And lucky me, I found that I'm being loved and cared for deeply... even after 8 years... :D

Anyhow, for those who kept asking me, when am I getting married?? Seriously, I don't have an answer to that. I will just say the day will come... soon or not... I'm not sure... it depends on WHEN he gonna propose to me... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Hey it's just a once-in-a-lifetime thingy, of course I would want a proposal from him (see this ah bee?? :P) ... :D

I believe... with our love for each other keeps growing every single day... there'll be more 8 years to come!!! :D

Woooo... The EX-TESS couple!!!!!! They met through a company called TESS and from there, they started their relationship... Can say that, most of those who are from TESS or USED to be from TESS, saw how they started to become a couple or how Teddy "kao" FeiFei and now... THEY'RE GETTING MARRIED!!!!!! YAYYYYYYYY!!!! CONGRATS TO THEM!!!!

So from that pic, it's actually their pre-wedding photos and from FeiFei's laughing face, it shows that she's happy, found the right man for her, and they'll be together forever and ever. As for Teddy, I think his message would be,

"From now on, I'll be carrying you to wherever you wanna go and I'll be your pillar whenever you needed"

Me & my boyboyWell this is obviously the pics of me and my boyboy, the 'bak bak' couple... This pic was taken during the trip when we go for our Penang and Ipoh trip... It was a very relaxing trip as I've previously informed my boyboy, if we were to go Penang and Ipoh again, I want to make things calm, meaning no rushing here and there.

So from the pic, it shows that I'm in total relaxation as I've been soooo looking forward to this trip and we finally did!! My boyboy will of course tease me with funny faces while taking pics...

It was early in the morning and the beach looks so calm and lovely that I couldn't resists myself from taking this pic together with my boyboy... He knows I love the beach and so he accompany me to walk along the beach for a while before we head off for our breakfast...

I really miss him and miss the time I could go travel together with him again...

Saturday night attend a friend's wedding again... this year really is a good year... I've attended 8 weddings already inclusive of this 1... aihhhh... Of course congrats to those who got married but I just pity my wallet... hahahahahaha...

So I got home and prepare myself after I go out pak toh-ing with my boyboy and I did some make up myself and styled slightly of my hair... I'm learning how to makeup so dun laugh when you see my makeup suck wokeh!??!!?!?

My makeup... it's ok rite?!?!?!? hehehehehehhe....

Then off I went to the dinner and seriously speaking, I found that the restaurant is big and beautiful but too bad... their food is not so nice AND... the most TERRIBLE thing bout that restaurant is the sound system!!!!! Sukak-sukak it'll blast some terrible music!!! It'll frighten the shit out of you when it blasts all of a sudden!! SIAO 1!!!!

Anyway, every wedding dinner, at the table for every seats they'll definitely give you either a small square fruit cake or a pair of love chocolates... But this time, this wedding is special... They give us key chains!!!

The "guy" keychain is for guys while the "girl" keychain is for girls of course...

Isn't it nice?? It's special I would say... I've attended so many weddings and this is the 1st time I got a keychain!! I found it useful too!! hehehehehe....

Then on Sunday, I went to my boyboy's aunt's place to accompany her as she's back from AUS... She's staying with her best friend and I would say, her best friend is really really lucky!! Why you asked?? Well da best fren got a maid since she got her 1st child and that maid is Indonesian.
Although she's Indonesian, she can cook pork!!! And very delicious at that!! She's superb in cooking and she's very good in house work and etc. She's been with them for already 20yrs++ and she's very very loyal to the family. Even their pet dog loves her a lot!! Then she's good at learning cookings too!!

There's once the auntie saw a TV channel teaching the house wives/cooking mama on how to carve or decorate fruits to impress... she just watch it once and......

Well I know it's been quite some time I didnt post something interesting into my blog... so here goes... with some pics I took while I'm frustrated with work or when I'm stressed with work...

"Four season dish"... I think that's what it is called...

I went to a fren wedding with my boyboy and after waiting for an hour and a half for the wedding to start, all of our stomach is grumbling for food!! So as usual, the 1st dish for a wedding is the "Four Season Dish"... if I'm not mistaken that's what its being called... and the special bout this is that at the base of the plate, there's a layer of jelly in yellow color while the dish is at the top of it...

First time see-ing this kinda "Four Season Dish", almost all of us took a little bite of da jelly and.................... it don't taste good... in fact, it got no taste at all... so meaning that's for decoration oni... not for makan 1... kakakakakaka....
